Common questions
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. To view, change, or cancel a plan, open the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then select Mr. Giga PLANTiEKalC.
Restoring purchases
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall for any locked calculator and tap Restore purchases. As long as you're signed in to the same Google account, your access returns.
Free trial & billing
Eligible plans start with a free trial. You're charged only when it ends, and you can cancel any time before then in Google Play with no charge. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Working offline
All calculations run on the device and work without a connection. Only the live fluid-property lookup needs internet; offline, the app uses built-in values for common fluids.
Datasheets & CSV
Every tab can export a PDF datasheet and import/export a CSV scenario register. Files are created on your device and shared only when you choose. If an export fails, check storage permissions and free space.
Standards & accuracy
The tools compute from published equations (ASME VIII, ISA 75.01, TEMA, B36.10/19, and others named on each datasheet). They're a calculation aid — always verify results before use. See the engineering disclaimer.
Report a bug or request a calculator
We actively maintain the app and add tools over time. If a result looks off, or there's a calculator you wish existed, write to devilsworkshop2k20@gmail.com with:
- what you expected versus what happened;
- the inputs you used (a screenshot or exported CSV is ideal);
- your device model and Android version; and
- the app version (shown on the app's about/settings screen).
