This policy explains what information the Mr. Giga PLANTiEKalC application ("the app") handles, why, and your choices. The app is published by Devil's Workshop ("we", "us"). We've written it to be plain and honest: the app is built to keep your work on your device.

1. Summary
- The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or contact details.
- Your engineering inputs and the calculations you run stay on your device.
- To return live fluid properties, the app sends the fluid name and the pressure/temperature you enter to our calculation service. These are engineering parameters, not personal information.
- Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- Files you generate (PDF/CSV) are created on your device and shared only when you choose to.
2. Information we handle
Information you enter
The app is a set of calculators. The values you type — pressures, temperatures, diameters, flow rates, material selections, project header fields such as client or job number, and similar engineering data — are processed on your device to produce results. We do not transmit your project register, datasheets, or saved scenarios to us.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for advertising. The app contains no advertising and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.
The app's diagnostic logging stays on your device. We do not currently use any third-party crash-reporting or analytics service. If that ever changes, this policy and our Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated to describe it.
3. Network & third parties
Fluid-property service
Several calculators can look up physical fluid properties (density, viscosity, vapour and critical pressure, and similar) for the fluid and operating point you specify. When you use this feature with an internet connection, the app sends the fluid name and the pressure and temperature values you entered to our calculation server in order to return those properties. This request contains engineering parameters only; it is not linked to your identity, and the inputs are used to compute the response and are not used to build a profile of you. Where a connection is unavailable, the app falls back to a built-in table for common fluids.
Google Play services
The app uses Google Play's billing system for subscriptions (see below) and is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Access to the calculators is offered through subscriptions. All purchases, billing, renewals, free trials and refunds are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your card number or other payment details. From a completed purchase, the app receives only the information needed to know which subscription you are entitled to (for example, a purchase token and product identifier), which it stores locally on your device to unlock the relevant calculators. You can view, manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
5. How information is used
The limited information the app handles is used only to:
- perform the calculations you request and produce datasheets and exports;
- return live fluid properties for the fluid and conditions you enter;
- determine which subscription features to unlock on your device; and
- keep the app working correctly.
We do not use your inputs for advertising, profiling, or sale.
6. Storage & retention
Your inputs, saved scenarios, generated files and unlock state are stored on your device and remain under your control. Uninstalling the app removes this local data. Fluid-property requests are processed to generate a response and are not retained in a form that identifies you. We do not maintain user accounts or a server-side store of your engineering data.
7. Your rights & choices
Because the app does not collect personal data or maintain an account, there is generally no personal profile for us to access, correct, or delete. You can:
- use most calculations entirely offline by disabling your connection (the live fluid-property lookup will then use built-in fallbacks);
- remove all local app data by uninstalling the app; and
- manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or similar. To exercise any such right or ask a question, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
Mr. Giga PLANTiEKalC is a professional engineering tool intended for adult practitioners. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised "Last updated" date, and where appropriate noted in the app or store listing. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
